Apple TV March 2026: New Releases, Formula 1 & For All Mankind S5
March is shaping up to be a busy month for streaming and Apple TV+ is adding a diverse slate of content to its library. From Formula 1 racing to psychological thrillers and the return of a beloved sci-fi series, there’s something for everyone. While Apple TV+ continues its “quality over quantity” approach, the March lineup offers a compelling mix of new premieres and continuing seasons.
A Formula 1 Focus and Series Continuations
For motorsports fans, Apple TV+ remains the exclusive streaming home for Formula 1. Throughout March, the service will broadcast live coverage of the Australian Grand Prix (March 5-8) and the Chinese Grand Prix (March 12-15). You can discover the full Formula 1 schedule here. Beyond racing, several existing Apple TV+ series will continue to roll out new episodes throughout the month.
New Arrivals and Weekly Drops
March 4th brings a handful of new episodes and premieres. “The Hunt,” a French-language thriller, will finally debut after facing a delay due to plagiarism concerns, which were reportedly resolved by crediting the original source material, “Shoot” by Douglas Fairbairn. As well on the 4th, viewers can catch the final episode of “Hijack,” as well as new installments of “Drops of God” Season 2 (Episode 7) and “Shrinking” Season 3 (Episode 6).
Fridays in March are reserved for “The Last Thing He Told Me” Season 2 (starting with Episode 3 on March 6th) and “Monarch: Legacy of Monsters” Season 2 (Episode 2 on March 6th). Critics have praised “Monarch: Legacy of Monsters” for its balance of monster action and compelling storytelling. IGN’s review called it the best of the current “Monsterverse” projects.
Mid-Month Additions and a Nostalgic Return
March 11th will see the final episode of “Drops of God” Season 2 (Episode 8) and another new episode of “Shrinking” Season 3 (Episode 7). A week later, on March 13th, Apple TV+ will premiere “Twisted Yoga,” a docu-series offering a platform for former members of an abusive tantric yoga studio to share their experiences. Also arriving on March 13th are new episodes of “The Last Thing He Told Me” Season 2 (Episode 4) and “Monarch: Legacy of Monsters” Season 2 (Episode 3).
Adding a touch of nostalgia to the lineup, Apple TV+ is bringing back “Wonder Pets: In the City” with the premiere of its second season on March 20th. The revival of the mid-2000s Nickelodeon reveal caters to a family-friendly audience.
Psychological Thrillers and Sci-Fi Spectacles
The latter half of March introduces two new psychological thrillers. “Imperfect Women” (premiering March 18th) stars Kerry Washington and Elisabeth Moss and centers around a crime that unravels the lives of three best friends. The series is created by Annie Weisman. The second episode of “Imperfect Women” will be available on March 25th.
However, the biggest premiere of the month is undoubtedly the fifth season of “For All Mankind” on March 27th. The sci-fi drama will jump forward to 2012, continuing its alternate history of the space race. The series has garnered critical acclaim since its debut, with IGN awarding the first season a 9/10. Season 5 is slated to consist of 10 episodes, leading into the premiere of the Russia-focused spin-off, “Star City,” later in the year. Apple has released a first look at “Star City”.
