Keanu Reeves’ Dogstar Announces New Album ‘All in Now’ & 2024 Tour Dates

Keanu Reeves’ Dogstar Announces New Album ‘All in Now’ & 2024 Tour Dates

March 8, 2026 Laura Fontaine - Entertainment Editor Entertainment

Keanu Reeves’ band, Dogstar, is back with a new album, All in Now, slated for release on May 29th. The alternative rock group—featuring Reeves on bass alongside drummer Robert Mailhouse and guitarist/vocalist Bret Domrose—shared the music video for the album’s title track this week, alongside announcing a comprehensive U.S. And European tour.

For fans following Reeves’ multifaceted career, Dogstar represents a return to a passion project that predates his blockbuster film success. The band initially formed in the early 1990s, releasing two albums before disbanding in 2002. Their 2023 reunion and subsequent album Somewhere Between the Power Lines and Palm Trees, marked a surprising and welcome return for a dedicated fanbase. This new album, All in Now, is their fourth studio effort and a continuation of that renewed momentum.

A Second Act, Fueled by Momentum

The band’s journey back to the stage and the studio hasn’t been a full-time endeavor for Reeves, who has remained a consistent presence in Hollywood. In 2025 alone, he juggled filming projects with directors Ruben Östlund and Jonah Hill, and even made his Broadway debut alongside Bill & Ted co-star Alex Winter in a production of Waiting for Godot. Despite these commitments, Reeves expressed his enthusiasm for rejoining Dogstar. “We couldn’t fucking wait,” he stated, adding, “Personally, I loved it all. For me, the attitude was like, ‘let’s work hard and let’s Head.’” Drummer Robert Mailhouse echoed this sentiment, noting the album captures the “fun that we’ve always had playing together.”

Mailhouse himself brings an interesting layer to the band’s dynamic. Beyond his musical role, he’s also an actor, perhaps best known for his appearance on Seinfeld. A clip of his appearance on the show continues to circulate online, adding a touch of pop culture recognition to Dogstar’s lineup.

Tour Dates and Album Tracklist

Dogstar will kick off their tour with two California shows coinciding with the release of All in Now. They’ll then head to Europe before returning to the U.S. For a North American leg starting August 1st in Austin, Texas. The tour is scheduled to run through September 3rd, with stops in major cities like Atlanta, Nashville, New York, and Denver. A full list of tour dates is available on Rolling Stone.

The tracklist for All in Now offers a glimpse into the album’s sonic landscape:

  1. Math

  3. All In Now
  4. Exalted
  5. Siren
  6. Punch The Sky
  7. Joy
  8. What Is

From Indie Roots to Continued Exploration

Dogstar’s initial run in the late 90s and early 2000s saw them navigate the changing landscape of alternative rock. Their debut album, Our Little Rescue, was released in 1996, followed by Happy Ending in 2000. Although they didn’t achieve mainstream chart dominance, they cultivated a loyal following and gained recognition for their raw, emotive sound. The band’s hiatus allowed each member to pursue other creative avenues, but the reunion suggests a desire to revisit and expand upon their musical foundation.

The production of All in Now was helmed by Nick Launay, a producer known for his work with artists like PiL and The Birthday Party. Launay’s experience in post-punk and alternative music likely influenced the album’s overall sound, adding a layer of sonic texture to Dogstar’s established style.

What’s Next for Dogstar?

Following the album release and tour, the band’s immediate future remains focused on performing the new material live and connecting with their audience. While no further recording plans have been announced, the energy and enthusiasm expressed by Reeves and Mailhouse suggest a continued commitment to Dogstar. The success of All in Now and the response to their live shows will likely inform their next steps, potentially leading to further albums or expanded touring schedules. The band’s official website and social media channels will be the best source for updates on their future activities.
