The foundation of Tribe is family with the uniqueness of gathering under rugby from many different places. We value respect, honor, and integrity. TRIBE rugby family values are to serve, coach, teach, and ensure the safety of all our players. We aspire to be a team in partnership with our parents in keeping our rugby family strong. The TRIBE is an environment where family is paramount. We seek to clear a path for the players and to help guide them in their future; supporting and providing guidance in continuing their education at a collegiate level, or on to trade school. The LA TRIBE is a place to prepare for a brighter future. We are a family atmosphere weaved in the rugby traditions, culture, identity, and core values.
