Newtown Performance Institute, an official HYROX Training Club, is a 16,000 sq. ft. facility offering elite sports performance training, MMA classes, and recovery options. Half the facility is dedicated to sports performance and HYROX training with programs tailored to athletes of all levels. Along with a recovery lounge featuring sauna, cold tub, and Therabody compression therapy. The other half is home to Eddie Alvarez’s Underground Kings (UGK) offering boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, Sambo, and MMA. We train kids 5+ and adults. Led by former world champ Eddie Alvarez. Whether stepping into a gym for the first time or competing at the highest levels, NPI is where champions are built—inside and out.
