Northbrook Speed Skating Club offers year round training for athletes of all ages for short track and long track speed skating. Founded in 1952 by Ed Rudolph, the Northbrook Speed Skating Club has been a nationally respected club for many years. In each Winter Olympics since 1952, the US Speedskating team has included at least one skater from Northbrook. The longevity of the club is a testament to the skilled training our skaters get, as well as to the welcoming family-style experience the club offers.
