We are Pensacola’s first and only Olympic weightlifting development center. We teach people of all ages the Olympic lifts. Whether you want to compete nationally or to develop strength and speed for other sports this is the place to learn. Director/Head Coach Bobby Adriano has over 25 years of experience nationally and internationally in the sport and has coached numerous nationally ranked athletes.
