The study doesn’t dismiss the experience of feeling tired. rather, it suggests the cause may be less about the season itself and more about how we spend our time within those seasons. It’s possible that changes in routine, increased social engagements, or even allergies associated with spring contribute to feelings of exhaustion, rather than a direct physiological response to the season.
