Qualcomm is laying the groundwork for the next decade of wireless connectivity with a series of announcements at Mobile World Congress, including its first Wi-Fi 8-ready chip and a commitment to launching 6G networks by 2029. The company unveiled the X105 5G modem, its fifth-generation 5G processor, alongside the FastConnect 8800 Wi-Fi 7 chip, which already looks toward the next generation of wireless standards. Boosting 5G Performance with AI and Efficiency
